Is this a real product?
It's at an early stage and in free beta. The demo uses scripted conversations and sample data. A working beta (chat and browser-voice receptionist, CRM, jobs, invoices) is available via Start free, and the live demo talks to the real AI.
Can customers talk to it by voice?
Yes, from your website: the "Talk to our AI receptionist" button on your booking page starts a free voice conversation in the browser. Answering your phone number and SMS are coming soon.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. The plan is to port your number or simply forward calls to us, so customers keep calling the number they know. Phone answering is coming soon; web chat and browser voice come first.
Will it make up prices?
No. It only quotes the ranges you configure per service, and tells callers a tech confirms the final price on site.
Does it speak Spanish?
English and Spanish are planned at launch.
